{"id":6071,"date":"2022-08-02T18:55:19","date_gmt":"2022-08-02T18:55:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mdr.foobrdigital.com\/?p=6071"},"modified":"2022-08-02T18:55:19","modified_gmt":"2022-08-02T18:55:19","slug":"creamy-tuscan-salmon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mudassirbackup.infinitycodestudio.com\/index.php\/2022\/08\/02\/creamy-tuscan-salmon\/","title":{"rendered":"Creamy Tuscan Salmon"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong> :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>4&nbsp;large salmon fillets, skin removed<\/li><li>1 teaspoon&nbsp;sea salt<\/li><li>1 teaspoon&nbsp;paprika<\/li><li>1 teaspoon&nbsp;onion powder<\/li><li>\u00bd teaspoon&nbsp;black pepper<\/li><li>2 tablespoons&nbsp;olive oil<\/li><li>2 tablespoons&nbsp;butter<\/li><li>6&nbsp;cloves garlic, minced<\/li><li>1&nbsp;small red onion, thinly sliced<\/li><li>\u00bc&nbsp;cup&nbsp;dry white wine<\/li><li>\u00bc&nbsp;cup&nbsp;chicken stock<\/li><li>\u2154&nbsp;cup&nbsp;sun-dried tomatoes<\/li><li>1 \u00bd&nbsp;cups&nbsp;heavy cream<\/li><li>\u00bd&nbsp;cup&nbsp;finely grated parmesan cheese<\/li><li>3&nbsp;cups&nbsp;baby spinach leaves<\/li><li>Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish<\/li><li>Crushed red pepper flakes, for garnish<\/li><li>Shredded parmesan cheese, for serving<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>INSTRUCTIONS<\/strong> :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Season the salmon fillets on both sides with salt, paprika, onion powder and black pepper.<\/li><li>Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear on both sides until golden brown, about 5 minutes each side. Remove from pan and set aside.<\/li><li>To the same pan, add the butter. Once the butter is melted, add the onions and saut\u00e9 until tender. Add the garlic, and saut\u00e9 until fragrant.<\/li><li>Deglaze the pan with the white wine and chicken stock and use a rubber spatula to scrape up and mix in any bits that are stuck to the bottom of the pan.<\/li><li>Add the sun-dried tomatoes to the pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes<\/li><li>Add the heavy cream to the pan, bring to a slow boil, and then reduce the heat to low and simmer. Stir in the grated parmesan cheese until it is melted into the sauce.
