{"id":6078,"date":"2022-08-02T19:07:27","date_gmt":"2022-08-02T19:07:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mdr.foobrdigital.com\/?p=6078"},"modified":"2022-08-02T19:07:27","modified_gmt":"2022-08-02T19:07:27","slug":"keto-big-mac-pizza","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mudassirbackup.infinitycodestudio.com\/index.php\/2022\/08\/02\/keto-big-mac-pizza\/","title":{"rendered":"Keto big mac pizza"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong> :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FOR THE CRUST:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1 \u00bd\u00a0cup\u00a0mozzarella cheese, shredded<\/li><li>3 tablespoons\u00a0cream cheese<\/li><li>1\u00a0large egg<\/li><li>\u00be\u00a0cup\u00a0blanched almond flour <\/li><li>\u00bd teaspoon\u00a0garlic powder<\/li><li>\u00bd teaspoon\u00a0onion powder<\/li><li>\u00bd teaspoon\u00a0Italian seasoning<\/li><li>\u00bd teaspoon\u00a0sea salt<\/li><li>\u00bd teaspoon\u00a0black pepper<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FOR THE TOPPINGS:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1\u00a0batch\u00a0\u201cNot So Secret\u201d Burger Sauce<\/li><li>1 \u00bd\u00a0cups\u00a0shredded cheese (I use half sharp cheddar and half mozzarella)<\/li><li>\u00bd\u00a0pound\u00a0ground beef<\/li><li>1 tablespoon\u00a0Worcestershire sauce<\/li><li>2\u00a0cloves garlic, minced<\/li><li>\u00bd\u00a0cup\u00a0diced onion<\/li><li>\u00bd teaspoon\u00a0sea salt, more to taste<\/li><li>\u00bd\u00a0cup\u00a0thinly shredded romaine lettuce<\/li><li>15\u00a0to\u00a020\u00a0dill pickles slices<\/li><li>2 tablespoons\u00a0toasted sesame seeds<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>INSTRUCTIONS<\/strong> :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FOR THE CRUST:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F.<\/li><li>In a large microwave safe mixing bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute. Remove from microwave and stir to combine. Return to microwave for 1 additional minute.<\/li><li>To the mixing bowl, add egg, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, sea salt and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated. (It will be stiff and hard to mix)<\/li><li>Line a 10 to 12-inch pizza pan with parchment paper. Spread the &#8220;dough&#8221; into a thin but even layer, covering the pizza pan. If the dough gets too stringy and unworkable, simply put it back in the microwave for 1 minute to soften.<\/li><li>Bake on the middle rack for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Watch it to make sure that it does not bubble up. Use a toothpick to pop any bubbles, if necessary.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FOR THE TOPPINGS:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>In a skillet, over medium heat, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Saut\u00e9 until the ground beef is cooked through and the onions are soft. Drain any excess grease.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Spread \u00bd cup of the burger sauce across the baked pizza crust. Layer on half of the cheese. Spread the cooked beef in an even layer across the top of the cheese, top with remaining cheese.<\/li><li>Reduce the oven heat to 375\u00b0F. Bake the pizza for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and melted.<\/li><li>Top the pizza with lettuce and pickle slices. Drizzle over some of the remaining burger sauce and sprinkle on the sesame seeds.
